kal short range, bjsl, and gbwc

I have three questions:

1. Is there a guide available for kal short range? If yes, please post.

2. What does the acronim BJSL stand for?

3. I am trying to get around the GBWC problem of US and Canada must use GBNA. Is there anyway to get around this problem?

there is no guide that i know of, but if you have high angle then you can still use kal close range. if you have no angle, then u can just do release...
