but nun of the guides say that so...

Eight parts is pretty easy to split. What I do is look at a 4 part screen, and eight parts = cut every part in half.

First remember how to do a 4 part split. It's very easy.



So an enemy between the 3rd and 4th part of this chart would be at part #7 of an 8 part screen.

The armor you see in the picture is between the 2nd and 3rd part of my 4 part screen, so I would estimate he is at part #5 of an 8 part screen. Does that work?
