1 screen is 79 3.85 power 1/2 screen is 84 3.85 power is it right? now my ques is... for 1/3 , 1/4 , 2/3 and 3/4 screen.. what is da fix angle power for da turtle ss skybomb in wind 0? thanks..

Think of it this way. Turtle skybomb is about 12 parts per screen. So lowering 12 from angle 90 gives you 78.
12 is easily divided into 1/3rds and 1/4ths, so:
1/4th of 12 is 3. 90 - 3 = 87 So 1/4th screen is 87.
1/3 screen is 86.
2/3 screen is 82.
3/4 screen is 81.
Power level is always around 3.8... a little less for closer shots, a little more for far shots. So 3.75 up to maybe half screen, then 3.8 for over half. I wouldn't use 3.85 except for past 1 screen shots. I think 3.8 is better for 1 screen ( maybe I made a mistake in older guides about the correct power level but now I am sure 3.8 is better than 3.85 ).

I use the skybomb with my Armor full power shots. Say, I'm at a 85 full power shot distance exactly, I make sure I do about 3 steps forward or so, then let loose with 85 and about 3.8. 90% of the time, I rack up in the 500s without weather like this. I have found long range skybombs highly unreliable to do major damage, however, cause they tend to spread a lot easier (on say, 79) I never bother to skybomb under angle 81. Use a time bomb instead, even though they don't look nearly as cool.
